How to Toggle Invisible Item Frames on a Server or in Multiplayer

What to Expect on a Server

Round's Invisible Frames Mod is a client-side utility. That means the sneak-right-click toggle is handled by your client, and the visibility state is stored with the frame. On a server, the mod must be installed on your client for you to toggle frames, and other players will only see the invisible state if their client also has the mod. Players without the mod will still see a normal frame border.

Practical Multiplayer Steps

1. Confirm the mod is loaded on your client before joining.

2. Place and fill your item frames as usual.

3. Sneak and right-click each frame to hide it.

4. Ask a friend with the mod to confirm the frame looks invisible on their screen too.

If a friend reports seeing the border, that is expected — they simply do not have the mod. If you are on a server that strips or blocks certain client interactions, the toggle may not register; in that case, test on a single-player world first to confirm the mod itself works, then compare behavior on the server.

Remember that the item inside the frame is always visible to everyone, mod or not. Only the frame border is affected.
