Set Up an AFK Fishing Station

Create a simple fishing setup in any biome where you want to farm. Build a small platform over water and place a fishing rod holder or simply stand at the edge. The mod's fish variants catch at normal fishing rates, so standard AFK fishing farms work perfectly.

Maximize Your Yield

Fish in biomes with multiple variants to diversify your catch, or focus on a single biome if you prefer one type. Since all cooked fish stack together regardless of their raw variant, you can combine catches from different biomes into one inventory stack.

Processing Your Catch

Transport your raw fish to a furnace or smoker near your base. Cooking in bulk is efficient—set up multiple furnaces if you're processing large quantities. The stackable cooked output means you won't need extensive storage infrastructure.

Consider using hoppers and furnace chains to automate cooking if you're running a large-scale farm. This lets you focus on other tasks while your fish cook.
