Understanding the Double XP Bug

Advanced Mending in RLCraft normally prevents the double XP bug that occurs with standard Mending. RLTweaker allows you to configure whether this double XP behavior is enabled or disabled, giving you control over your progression speed.

How to Configure

Locate the RLTweaker configuration file in your world or server settings. Look for the Advanced Mending section and find the option controlling double XP behavior. Set it to true to enable double XP (faster leveling) or false to disable it (standard progression).

Balancing Considerations

If you enable double XP, your character will level skills faster when using Advanced Mending enchanted tools. This can make progression feel quicker but may reduce long-term challenge. Disable it if you prefer a slower, more grind-heavy experience. Changes take effect after reloading your world or restarting your server.
