Dye Your Backpack to Match Your Aesthetic
Prepare Your Dyes
Gather any dyes available in Minecraft—bone meal, cactus green, lapis lazuli, cocoa beans, or any other color variant. You can use multiple dyes in a single crafting session to create custom colors.
Dye Your
Backpack
1. Place your backpack in your inventory or on the ground
2. Open your crafting table
3. Place the backpack in the crafting grid alongside one or more dyes
4. Craft the combination
5. Your backpack will now display the new color on its texture
Mix Colors for Custom Shades
Just like dyeing leather armor, combining different dyes creates new colors. Experiment with multiple dye types in the same crafting recipe to find the perfect shade for your base or outfit. The color will persist even when you wear the bag or place it on the ground, making it easy to identify your backpack among friends' bags in shared storage areas.
You can re-dye your backpack as many times as you want without losing the items stored inside.
