High-level monsters in Relentless World can break weak blocks like dirt and wood to breach your defenses. They sprint across ravines and build cobblestone bridges to reach you. Standard walls won't stop determined elite mobs.

Deploy Warding Lanterns

Craft and place Warding Lanterns around your base perimeter. These blocks push scaled mobs away, creating a defensive barrier that prevents them from approaching your structures. Position them strategically at entry points and vulnerable walls.

Reinforce Weak Points

Replace breakable blocks (dirt, wood, leaves) with stronger materials in areas mobs frequently target. Focus on walls, doors, and roofs. Consider building multiple defensive layers rather than relying on a single wall.

Monitor Nearby Threats

Regularly check your dashboard to see the level and equipment of mobs spawning near your base. If dangerous elite mobs appear, prepare escape routes or gather defensive supplies. The mod may spawn faction battles nearby—use this to your advantage by letting mobs fight each other while you stay sheltered.
