Modifying Table Height

After placing a standard table from the Carpentry Table, you can change its height without crafting a new one. Hold an axe in your hand and right-click on the table. This toggles it between a full-height table and a shorter variant.

When to Use Each Height

Full-height tables work well as dining surfaces or desks where you need clearance underneath. Short tables are ideal for placing against walls, using as side tables next to seating, or creating visual variety in larger rooms.

You can switch between heights as many times as needed, making it easy to experiment with your layout. This flexibility lets you adapt the same furniture piece to different spaces without wasting materials or inventory space.
