How to Unlock and Use an Authority

Accessing Pandora's Box

Pandora's Box is your gateway to obtaining Authorities. Locate it in your world or craft it if recipes are available. Open the fusion menu to begin the unlocking process.

Fusion and Authority Selection

1. Gather fusion materials as indicated by the menu—these vary by Authority

2. Select your desired Authority from the four available: Sloth, Greed, Gluttony, or Wrath

3. Complete the fusion by combining the required items in Pandora's Box

4. Receive your Authority and its associated combat perks

Important Trade-offs

Once you claim an Authority, you permanently lose the ability to carry Divine Protections. This creates a strategic choice: pursue passive buffs through Protections, or commit to an Authority's unique powers. Each Authority grants distinct advantages—Sloth offers defensive benefits, Greed enhances resource gathering, Gluttony provides sustenance, and Wrath boosts offensive damage.

Choose carefully based on your playstyle. You cannot switch back once committed, so plan your build accordingly.
