Railways Untold includes special blocks that let you manually define where tracks should connect, giving you control over specific routes without relying on automatic generation.

Building a Custom Route

1. Locate the point-to-point track building blocks in your creative inventory or crafting menu

2. Place the first block at your starting location (e.g., your base or a custom station)

3. Place the second block at your destination point

4. The mod will generate track segments connecting these two points, following terrain where possible

5. If you want multiple custom routes, repeat this process for each pair of locations

Design Considerations

• Custom routes will still attempt to follow the landscape and create tunnels through obstacles
• Use these blocks to connect areas the automatic system might not reach
• Combine custom routes with exclusion blocks to create a personalized rail network
• You can create branching networks by using multiple point-to-point connections from a central hub
