Locating Reclaimed Zombies

Reclaimed zombies spawn naturally in jungle biomes, particularly in dense vegetation areas. They're most active at night and in dark caves beneath jungle terrain. Check jungle temples, ravines, and thick forest canopy shadows for the best chances of encounter.

Combat Strategy

Reclaimed zombies deal poison damage on hit, so direct melee combat requires caution. Keep distance and use ranged weapons like bows or crossbows to whittle them down safely. Poison resistance potions are highly recommended before engaging multiple Reclaimed zombies.

Their vine-wrapped bodies make them slightly slower than standard zombies, giving you an advantage in kiting. Use this to maintain distance while dealing damage. Fire-based weapons and tools are effective, as the vines are organic material.

Loot and Rewards

Defeating Reclaimed zombies counts toward standard zombie hunting achievements. They drop standard zombie loot plus occasional vine-related drops. Parrots nearby will begin imitating their distinctive jungle-tinged sounds after witnessing combat.
