Use the Search Bar to Find Items Quickly

Opening the Search Feature

When you open any chest (Copper tier and above), the search bar is visible at the top of the chest interface.

Searching for Items

1. Click on the search bar

2. Type the name or partial name of the item you're looking for

3. All slots that don't match your query will dim, making matching items stand out

4. Clear the search box to return to normal view

Search Tips

The search function works with item names as they appear in-game. You can search for partial matches—for example, typing "ore" will highlight all ore blocks, or typing "wood" will show all wood variants. This is especially useful in high-tier chests with 54+ slots where manually scanning becomes tedious.

Combining with Other Tools

Use the search bar alongside the Sort button for maximum efficiency. Search to locate items, then use Sort to organize everything alphabetically and merge partial stacks.
