Equip Armor and Weapons on Your Pet

Unlock Equipment Slots

Pets start with limited upgrade slots. Complete specific tasks with your pet in combat and exploration to unlock additional slots—you can unlock up to four slots per pet.

Access the Upgrade Menu

Hold Shift and right-click your pet to open the equipment and upgrade menu. This shows all available slots and what you can currently equip.

Craft or Find Gear

The mod includes six tiers of pet armor and weapons. Craft these items using standard Minecraft materials, or find them as loot. Higher tiers provide better protection and damage output.

Equip Your Gear

Place armor and weapons into the available slots in your pet's menu. You'll see durability bars on equipped items—they wear down over time and can be repaired.

Combine with Upgrades

Don't just rely on armor—also equip regular upgrades that grant special effects like life steal, poison attacks, or sun shields. Mix gear and upgrades to create a pet build that matches your playstyle and the threats you face.
