How to Make Pickup Notifications Match Your HUD Style

What You Can and Cannot Change

The mod deliberately shows only the raw item name and icon with a simple, clean layout, so there is no built-in theme editor. What you can control is placement, scale, and how the popups behave, which together determine how well they blend with the rest of your HUD. Anything beyond that would require a resource pack or a different mod.

Tuning Placement and Scale

Open the config file in your config folder. Set the anchor corner to match where your other HUD elements live, then adjust the X and Y offsets so the popup stack lines up neatly with them. If a scale or size option is present, reduce it slightly so the popups feel like a subtle addition rather than a banner. Save and reload to preview.

Keeping It Consistent

Because the popup uses the item's own icon, its look already matches your resource pack's item textures automatically. If you use a texture pack, the icons in the notifications will follow it, so no extra work is needed there. Focus your effort on alignment: pick one corner, keep the offset consistent, and avoid overlapping your hotbar, chat, or status bars. A tidy, edge-hugging stack reads as part of your HUD instead of an interruption.
