How Unlocking Works

Each node in a skill tree can only be purchased if you've already unlocked an adjacent node. This creates a web of dependencies that guides your progression. The interface visually connects related nodes, showing you which paths are currently available based on what you've already bought.

Plan Your Route

Before spending points, trace potential paths through the tree. Some routes lead to powerful late-game nodes faster, while others offer more incremental benefits. Consider whether you want to rush toward a specific ability or spread your points across multiple early bonuses.

Backtracking and Respeccing

Check your mod's configuration or in-game options for respec mechanics. Some setups allow you to refund points and reallocate them, while others lock your choices permanently. If respeccing is available, you can experiment with different paths without permanent consequences. If it's not, plan carefully before committing your early points, as your early choices will shape what nodes become available later.
