Getting Started with Your Overpacked Backpack

Locate a Wandering Trader in your world and purchase the Overpacked backpack directly from them—no crafting required. Once equipped, you'll have access to three storage sections: one large compartment with 54 slots and two smaller ones with 27 slots each, giving you storage equivalent to four regular chests.

Organize your items across the sections to keep your loot sorted. Be aware that filling your backpack adds weight: for every section you completely fill, your walking speed decreases by 10%. You can customize your backpack's color using dyes, and even attach a sleeping bag to the outside for decoration. The backpack can also be placed on the ground and stood upon if needed.
