Understanding Symptom Stages

Diseases in this mod progress through stages, with symptoms becoming more severe over time. Early symptoms like sneezes or mild fevers are manageable, but untreated illnesses can lead to critical conditions. Monitor your team regularly for new or worsening symptoms.

Early Intervention

Treat symptoms as soon as they appear. Use appropriate medicines, bandages, and first aid items to slow progression. Fever-reducing medicines, cough suppressants, and general antibiotics can help manage mild symptoms before they escalate.

Quarantine and Isolation

If a disease is highly contagious, consider isolating the sick player in a separate area to prevent spread to teammates. The mod allows diseases to transmit between players, so separation is an effective prevention strategy.

Stocking Medical Supplies

Maintain a well-stocked medical clinic or supply cache with bandages, syringes, IV drips, and common medicines. Having supplies readily available means you can respond quickly when symptoms appear. Organize your storage so teammates can easily find what they need during emergencies.
