Diagnose and Treat a Disease in Your Team

Using Medical Scanning Equipment

Before you can treat a disease, you need to identify it. Medical scanning machines are found in medical clinics or can be crafted. Have the sick player stand near or interact with the scanner. The machine will display which disease they're suffering from and its current symptoms.

Gathering the Right Medicine

Once you know the diagnosis, you'll need the specific medicine or treatment for that illness. Check your medical supplies—syringes, medicines, and bandages are your primary tools. If you don't have the cure on hand, you may need to craft it or find it in clinic chests.

Administering Treatment

Approach the sick teammate and use the appropriate medical item on them. For injections, use syringes with the correct medicine. For wounds, apply bandages. Some diseases require multiple doses or repeated treatment over time. Keep checking their symptoms—if they persist or worsen, you may have used the wrong cure or need additional supplies.

Prevention

Remember: diseases progress even after death. If a teammate dies before being fully cured, the illness remains active when they respawn. Prioritize treatment before it's too late.
