How to Get Battle Music Playing in Cobblemon Fights
If your Cobblemon battles are starting in total silence, the pack is either not loaded or not being triggered. This guide gets music playing again.
Confirm the Pack Is Active
Open your resource pack list and make sure the pack sits above the default assets so its sound files take priority. If another music or sound pack loads after it, that pack can override the battle tracks and leave you with silence. Move this pack to the top of the enabled list and reload resources.
Trigger a Battle Correctly
Music only fires when a Cobblemon battle actually begins. Walk into tall grass, water, or a cave and let a wild Cobblemon spawn a fight, or talk to an NPC trainer to start a trainer battle. The pack swaps between a wild theme and a trainer theme, so test both. If you hear one but not the other, the missing category is the clue.
Check Your Audio Settings
Turn the Music slider up in Options > Music & Sound. Some players mute vanilla music and forget the battle tracks share that channel. Also confirm you are not standing in a spot where another modded sound event is looping over the battle track. Once music plays on both wild and trainer encounters, the pack is working as intended.
