Finding and Mining New Ores

Ore Genesis adds valuable ores throughout the Overworld, Nether, and End dimensions. Each dimension has its own ore variants hidden in specific stone types: look for ores in deepslate underground, netherrack in the Nether, and endstone in the End.

Different ores spawn in different biomes and at various depths, so explore multiple locations to find the materials you need. Once mined, these ores can be processed into gems and crafted into tools, weapons, and armor comparable to diamond or netherite gear.

You can also convert extra gems into solid decorative blocks for building and decoration. Gather enough resources and you'll unlock access to special items that modify your tools' behavior or improve their durability.
