Send a Secret Chat Message
Broadcasting Encoded Messages
You can send messages in the Nyctography font directly to chat, making your communications appear as mysterious dot-and-line patterns to everyone on the server.
Using the Chat Command
1. Use the command: /bookshelf font say nyctography:nyctography <your_message_here>
2. Replace <your_message_here> with what you want to say
3. The message appears in chat in the secret font
4. Only players who know the Nyctography alphabet can read it
Encoding Tips
Remember the special shortcuts: use a dash (-) for "The", ampersand (&) for "And", and hashtag (#) before numbers. For example, typing #1 will show as encoded digits. Use asterisk (*) to signal the next symbols are letters if you're mixing codes.
Strategic Use
Secret chat messages work great for roleplay, hiding spoilers, or creating mystery on multiplayer servers. Combine with other commands to create elaborate puzzles. You can also use /title to display large secret messages on players' screens for dramatic effect.
