How to Pin a Note to Your HUD So You Can See It While Playing

Why Pin a Note

Pinned notes stay visible on your screen while you play, so you do not have to reopen the GUI every time you need a reminder. This is useful for coordinates of a mine, a to-do list for a build, or a reminder of what you were gathering.

Pinning a Note

Open the Notes GUI with N. Find the note you want to keep visible in the list. Select it, then look for the pin option in the note's controls. Enabling the pin marks that note as displayed on the HUD. Close the GUI and the note should now appear on your screen.

Managing Pinned Notes

You can pin more than one note, but too many will clutter your view, so keep the list short. To unpin a note, reopen the GUI, select the note, and toggle the pin option off. If a pinned note is tied to a specific world or server, it will only show up while you are in that world or on that server. Global pinned notes appear everywhere. If the HUD text overlaps other elements, adjust which notes you pin rather than trying to move them, since the mod places them in a fixed spot.
