Set Up Your First Shop with an NPC

Spawn and Configure Your Shopkeeper

Use the blank NPC item to spawn a new character in your desired location. Right-click the NPC to open the editor menu. Customize the NPC's appearance by selecting a skin and adjusting their pose to look like a shopkeeper.

Assign Shop Role and Set Prices

In the NPC editor, assign the Shop role to your character. This unlocks the Shop Manager interface where you can:

• Add items for sale by selecting them from your inventory
• Set the price for each item in your custom currency
• Choose whether players buy, sell, or both
• Decide if the NPC has unlimited stock or limited quantities

Once configured, players can right-click your NPC to browse and purchase items. The NPC will automatically handle transactions and update its inventory. You can return to the editor anytime to adjust prices or add new products. Consider placing an ATM nearby so customers can withdraw coins from their bank accounts before shopping.
