How to Tame and Ride a Xuwulong
Finding Xuwulong
Xuwulong are peaceful herbivores that roam the grassy fields and ancient biomes of Pangea. They are non-aggressive, making them safer to approach than carnivorous dinosaurs. Search open grassland areas where vegetation is abundant.
Gathering
Cooksonia
To tame a Xuwulong, you'll need Cooksonia plants, which grow throughout Pangea's prehistoric biomes. Explore ancient fields and grassy areas to collect these plants. Gather several before attempting to tame, as you may need multiple plants.
Taming Process
Approach a Xuwulong and use Cooksonia on it, similar to how you'd feed a horse or wolf in vanilla Minecraft. Repeat this process until the creature is tamed and shows signs of bonding (such as visual indicators or behavior changes).
Riding Your Xuwulong
Once tamed, you can mount your Xuwulong and ride it across Pangea's landscape. This provides a faster way to traverse the dimension and explore distant biomes. Your tamed Xuwulong will follow you and can be controlled like a rideable mount.
