Native Vein Textures includes built-in protection for Nether bastions and other blackstone structures. Gold ore and other minerals that spawn near blackstone won't randomly replace or visually corrupt the walls.

How It Works

The mod recognizes blackstone as a protected block type in bastions. When ore generates nearby, the texture system applies the ore overlay without altering the underlying blackstone structure. This keeps bastions visually intact and prevents accidental mining of load-bearing blocks.

What You'll See

• Gold ore in blackstone displays with a blackstone background, matching the surrounding wall
• Basalt ores similarly blend into basalt stone without breaking the visual integrity
• Bastions remain intact during world generation and exploration

No configuration is needed—protection is automatic. If you notice ore textures in bastions looking incorrect, verify your world was generated with the mod installed from the start.
