How to Find Moog's Voyager Structures in Your World

Moog's Voyager Structures generates its buildings as part of world generation, so they only appear in chunks that were created after you added the mod. If you dropped it into an existing save, you will not see anything new in areas you have already explored.

Exploring for Structures

Start by travelling into fresh, unloaded terrain. Because the mod adds over 160 structure types, spawn rates are spread across biomes, so you will usually spot something within a few minutes of walking or flying. Use a boat along coastlines, follow rivers, or fly with an elytra at mid-height to scan the horizon for towers, forts, and outposts.

Watch for these visual cues:

  • Lantern-lit market stalls and small carts near paths and villages.
  • Tall towers and fortress walls that stand out against flat terrain.
  • Barrels and chests placed outside buildings, which often mark a lootable site.

Making Searching Easier

If you want to confirm the mod is generating, create a brand-new world with the same seed settings and explore in Creative mode first. Commands like /locate structure only work if you know the exact structure ID, so the practical approach is manual exploration. Keep a written or in-game map of where you have been so you do not re-check the same area.
