How to Stop Mouse Tweaks From Removing Your Trinkets in the Accessories GUI

If scrolling through your Accessories screen keeps yanking trinkets off your character, the culprit is Mouse Tweaks' WheelTweak feature. This fix mod exists specifically to stop that, but you still need to confirm it is actually doing its job.

Confirm the Fix Is Active

1. Open your Accessories screen (the trinket interface added by the Accessories mod).

2. Hover over a slot that already has a trinket equipped.

3. Scroll your mouse wheel while hovering that slot.

4. If the trinket stays equipped, the fix is working. If it pops out, something is overriding the fix.

What the Fix Actually Does

WheelTweak normally lets you scroll to move items between inventories. Inside the Accessories GUI that behavior is dangerous because scroll input can be interpreted as unequipping. The fix disables WheelTweak only while you are inside that specific screen, so scroll-to-move still works everywhere else in the game.

If It Still Fails

• Make sure both Mouse Tweaks and Accessories are loaded alongside this fix.
• Check that no other inventory-scrolling mod is loaded that also touches the Accessories screen.
• Test in a fresh world with only these three mods to isolate conflicts.
