Organize and Mass-Produce Concrete Variants
Efficient Stonecutter Workflow
When building large structures, the stonecutter is your best tool for producing variants in bulk. Set up multiple stonecutter blocks in a row, each loaded with concrete blocks of different colors. This lets you quickly switch between colors without constantly restocking.
Organizing Your Materials
Create a dedicated storage area with labeled chests for each concrete color and its variants (slabs, stairs, walls, buttons, levers, pressure plates, fences, and gates). This prevents confusion during building and speeds up material gathering.
Production Tips
Focus on the stonecutter for high-volume production—it's faster than crafting tables and wastes no materials. Prioritize crafting the variants you'll use most (typically slabs and stairs) first. If you're building with multiple colors, process one color completely before moving to the next to maintain workflow efficiency.
Keep extra concrete blocks on hand; you may discover new design opportunities as you build.
