Create Concrete Stairs and Slabs for Building

Using the Crafting Table

Concrete stairs and slabs let you add detail and variety to your builds. Start by gathering concrete blocks in your chosen color from the creative menu or by crafting them normally.

Place your concrete blocks in the crafting table following the standard stair or slab pattern:

• Slabs: Arrange three concrete blocks horizontally in a row on the bottom of the grid
• Stairs: Create a staircase shape with concrete blocks (bottom row: three blocks, middle row: two blocks, top row: one block)

This produces multiple slabs or stairs depending on the recipe.

Using the Stonecutter

The stonecutter is faster for mass production. Place a concrete block inside and select the slab or stair variant from the output menu. Each concrete block yields multiple pieces, making this ideal when you need large quantities for extensive building projects.

Tips

Mix different concrete colors in your stair and slab designs to create patterns and visual interest. Combine with walls and fences from this mod for cohesive decorative structures.
