Create Your First Trapdoor

Gather Materials

You'll need a crafting table and basic resources. Collect wood, stone, or any vanilla block you want to turn into a trapdoor.

Craft the Trapdoor Frame

The Trapdoor Frame is your key item. Arrange your materials in the crafting table according to the recipe shown in the mod's crafting recipes section. This frame is reusable and essential for all trapdoor creation.

Combine Frame with Your Block

Once you have a Trapdoor Frame, place it in your crafting grid alongside any vanilla block. For example:

• Frame + Oak Log = Oak Trapdoor
• Frame + Stone = Stone Trapdoor
• Frame + Diamond Block = Diamond Trapdoor

The resulting trapdoor will have the appearance and properties of your chosen block. If your block emits light (like glowstone or lava), the trapdoor will glow too.

Place and Use

Your new trapdoor functions like a vanilla trapdoor—place it on blocks, open and close it with right-click, and use it for decoration or access control. Experiment with different blocks to find combinations you like!
