Create Portal and Fire Pressure Plates

Locate Special Blocks

This mod adds unique pressure plates made from portal and fire blocks. These are specialty items that create distinctive visual effects. Portal pressure plates have the appearance of Nether or End portals, while fire pressure plates display animated flames.

Craft Portal Pressure Plates

Combine a Pressure Plate Frame with portal block material (typically obtained from or related to Nether Portals or End Portals). The resulting pressure plate will have a portal appearance while functioning as a normal pressure plate.

Craft Fire Pressure Plates

Similarly, combine the frame with fire block material to create a pressure plate that displays fire. These are purely visual—they won't actually burn players or blocks.

Use in Themed Builds

These specialty plates are excellent for Nether-themed builds, End dimension aesthetics, or fantasy structures. Place them as decorative floor elements or functional redstone triggers that fit your build's theme.

Safety Note

While fire pressure plates look dangerous, they're completely safe to walk on. They're ideal for creating atmospheric builds without actual hazards.
