Finding the Glowing Trim Template

Glowing armor trims are rare drops from underwater loot chests. Search shipwrecks, underwater ruins (both large and small variants), and similar ocean structures. You may need to loot several chests before finding the template.

Applying the Glow to Your Armor

Once you have the glowing trim template and glow ink sacs:

1. Place an armor piece in a smithing table

2. Add the glowing trim template to the template slot

3. Place your glow ink sac in the material slot

4. Retrieve your glowing armor

The trim pattern will now emit light and be visible in darkness. You can apply this to helmets, chestplates, leggings, and boots. Each piece can be trimmed independently, allowing you to create fully glowing armor sets or mix and match with regular armor.
