Getting Started with Chemical Processing
Setting Up Your First Chemistry Line
Begin by mining
sulfur ore blocks found underground in caves. Transport the raw minerals using mechanical belts to a processing area. Use mechanical mixers connected to tanks and pumps to automate chemical reactions—for example, extracting copper
sulfate from your mined materials.
Start small: a single mixer, tank, and pump setup lets you learn fluid handling before scaling up. Connect spouts to bottle finished products like beverages. Be cautious with hazardous fluids like sulfuric acid—improper pipe routing can cause dangerous spills. As you grow comfortable, expand your factory with additional mixers and tanks to run multiple reactions simultaneously, creating complex production chains that feed into your main automation systems.
