Combining the Modern Armour Bar with Other HUD Resource Packs
Understand How Resource Packs Stack
Minecraft loads resource packs from top to bottom, and the first pack to provide a given texture wins. Modern Armour Bar only replaces the armor icons, so it can safely sit alongside packs that change hearts, hunger, or the hotbar — as long as those packs do not also edit the armor bar. The goal is to give each pack ownership of a different part of the HUD.
Ordering for Clean Results
Place Modern Armour Bar above broad "UI overhaul" packs that reskin everything, because those packs often include their own armor icons. By putting the armor pack on top, its minimalist icons take priority while the overhaul still controls the rest of the interface. If you use a pack that only changes the armor bar, keep just one of them selected to avoid confusion.
Testing the Combined Look
After arranging the order, enter a world and inspect the full HUD: health, hunger, armor, and hotbar. Confirm the armor icons match the style of the surrounding elements and that nothing turned into a missing-texture placeholder. If a conflict appears, move Modern Armour Bar one slot up or down and re-check until the layout looks consistent.
