Finding Mob Crates in Your Inventory

Once the Mob Crates Resource Pack is active, all spawn eggs in your creative inventory and survival loot will display as themed crate containers instead of the standard egg texture. Each crate is visually designed to match its mob—for example, a Creeper crate features creeper-themed patterns, while a pig crate has pig-themed decorations.

Using Crates to Spawn Mobs

Mob crates function identically to regular spawn eggs. Simply:

1. Locate the crate you want in your inventory

2. Hold it in your hand

3. Right-click (or use your secondary action key) on a block to spawn the mob

The mob will appear exactly as it would from a standard spawn egg. The crate is purely a visual replacement—all mechanics, spawn rules, and mob behavior remain unchanged. This makes mob crates perfect for creative building, map design, or simply enjoying a more charming aesthetic while working with spawn mechanics.
