How to Build Up Prankster's Gambit and Trigger the Damage Boost

Landing Critical Hits

Prankster's Gambit is a combat combo system that rewards precise strikes. Land critical hits on enemies to accumulate points toward your next boost. Critical hits occur when you strike from above or meet other damage conditions—timing and positioning matter.

Tracking Your Meter

As you land consecutive critical hits, your Prankster's Gambit meter builds. Watch for visual or audio feedback indicating your progress. The more critical hits you chain together, the faster you'll reach the threshold needed for activation.

Activating the Boost

When your meter is full, press your configured Prankster's Gambit keybind to trigger a temporary damage boost. This amplifies all outgoing damage for a short duration, making it ideal for finishing tough enemies or dealing with groups of mobs. After the boost expires, you'll need to build the meter again through more critical hits.
