How to Switch Between Hero and Villain Paths

Choosing Your Alignment

Mine Hero RX Mod lets you play as either a Hero protecting the world or a Villain causing destruction. Your choice affects available abilities, interactions with NPCs, and how the world responds to you.

Changing Your Path

Your alignment is typically set early in gameplay, but you can change it:

1. Access your character menu or mod settings

2. Look for alignment or faction options

3. Select either Hero or Villain

4. Confirm the change—this may reset certain progression or unlock different Quirks

What Changes

Heroes gain access to protective and supportive abilities, can ally with hero NPCs, and complete hero-focused missions.

Villains unlock destructive powers like Decay, can work with villain factions, and pursue villain objectives.

Some Quirks are exclusive to each path, so your choice determines which powers you can eventually unlock. Consider restarting or creating a new world if you want to experience both paths fully without losing progress.
