Defend Your Colony from Raids and Build Guard Towers

Understand Raid Mechanics

Your colony will face pirate and barbarian raids periodically. The larger your colony, the more frequent and dangerous raids become. Preparation is essential for survival.

Build Guard Towers

Construct Guard Towers in strategic locations around your colony—near entrances, on walls, and covering open areas. Each tower can house multiple guards.

Assign Guards and Archers

Hire citizens and assign them to Guard Towers as Guards or Archers. Guards use melee weapons while Archers use bows. Equip them with weapons and armor from your storage.

Build Defensive Walls

Construct walls around your colony to slow down raiders and funnel them toward your guards. Walls don't stop raids but make defense much easier.

Research Guard Upgrades

Use your colony's research tree to unlock better guard types and equipment. Higher-tier guards are stronger and more effective against raids.

Monitor Raid Warnings

Pay attention to notifications when raids are incoming. Position your guards strategically and ensure they have adequate supplies before the raid begins. Restock weapons and armor regularly to keep your guards combat-ready.
