Claim Land and Set Custom Borders for Your Colony

Understand Land Claims

Your Town Hall automatically claims a 3×3 chunk area (the chunk it's in plus eight surrounding chunks). To expand beyond this, you'll need claim tools.

Use the Land Claim Scepter

Right-click with the Land Claim Scepter on any chunk to claim it and the eight chunks around it instantly. This is the fastest way to expand your colony's territory in large blocks.

Draw Precise Borders with the Border Scepter

For more control, use the Border Scepter to draw exact borders block-by-block. This is useful when you want to follow natural features like rivers, cliffs, or coastlines, or when you want to avoid claiming land near other players' colonies.

Release Unwanted Land

If you claim too much or make a mistake, use the Land Release Scepter to give chunks back. Right-click to deselect claimed land.

Check Your Borders

White lines appear on the ground showing your colony's claimed territory. Use these visual guides to plan where to expand next and ensure your buildings stay within your borders.
