Resurrect a Friend in Hardcore Mode

When Your Friend Dies

1. Your friend should immediately switch to Spectator Mode after dying (they can do this from the death screen)

2. They will remain in spectator form until you complete the resurrection

Activate the Resurrection

1. Ensure the totem is charged and has the correct target player selected

2. Hold the totem in your hand

3. Right-click the totem to activate it

4. The totem will consume its charge and attempt to resurrect your friend

After Resurrection

Your friend should return to the world in Survival Mode at or near their death location. They'll be alive again, but the totem's charge will be depleted—you'll need to recharge it before the next use.

Troubleshooting

If the resurrection fails, check that:

• The totem has sufficient charge
• The correct player is selected as the target
• Your friend is in Spectator Mode
• You're using the right totem type (Straw Totems have a failure chance)
