Testing Whether the Mod Is Actually Working

Set Up a Controlled Test

You want a repeatable way to confirm the fix. Use a source of bonus max health you can toggle on and off, such as a piece of gear or a status effect.

1. Note your normal maximum health with nothing equipped.

2. Equip or apply the bonus so your maximum rises above the default.

3. Heal fully so your current health matches the raised maximum.

4. Record the exact number on your health bar.

5. Leave and rejoin the world.

Reading the Result

If your health returns at the recorded value, the fix is working. If it drops to the default baseline, the mod is not active on the relevant side.

Common False Alarms

  • You removed the bonus source before rejoining, so your maximum dropped and your health followed it down. That is normal, not a bug.
  • You took damage before logging out, so you rejoined at a lower value than you remembered.
  • You tested in single-player without the mod on your client, or on a server without it installed there.

Re-run the test with the bonus source kept equipped the whole time to rule these out.
