Temporarily Disable or Re-enable MAtmos

Turning MAtmos On and Off

Sometimes you want to experience Minecraft's silence or troubleshoot audio issues. MAtmos can be toggled without uninstalling.

Disable MAtmos In-Game

1. Press F7 to open the MAtmos menu

2. Locate and click the Turn Off button

3. All atmospheric sounds stop immediately

4. The mod remains installed but inactive

Re-enable MAtmos

1. Press F7 again

2. Click the button to turn it back on

3. Sounds resume based on your current location

Start with MAtmos Disabled

If you prefer MAtmos off by default each time you launch:

1. Open the settings menu (F7)

2. Look for an option to set the mod to start disabled

3. Save this preference

4. On future launches, you can still enable it anytime via the menu

This is useful if you want to experience vanilla Minecraft silence occasionally or if the atmospheric sounds interfere with your focus during building or mining sessions.
