Using the Stonecutter for Block Variants

Masonry Mod expands the Stonecutter's functionality beyond vanilla recipes. Instead of crafting decorative blocks at a crafting table, you'll use the Stonecutter to carve new stone variants from standard Minecraft stone-like materials.

Place a compatible stone block into the Stonecutter to see available carved and patterned variants. Each base material offers multiple decorative options, letting you choose textures that suit your build's architectural style.

This approach gives you access to a significantly expanded palette of stone blocks without cluttering your inventory with crafting recipes. Experiment with different stone types to discover all the decorative possibilities available.
