Farming Soul Burns and Maximizing Damage Output

Understanding Soul Burn Stacking

Soul burn is Spirit magic's core damage mechanic. Multiple applications stack, creating exponential damage. The more soul burns on a target, the faster they fall.

Efficient Soul Burn Application

Soul Catalyst fires multiple projectiles per cast—use it repeatedly on single targets to layer burns quickly. Kitsune Pack applies soul burn on every bite, so keep them summoned during extended fights.

Splitting Shuriken throws a magic star that splits into smaller projectiles on impact, hitting multiple times and applying burns to groups.

Amplifying Damage

Once soul burns stack, use Calamity Cut for a weapon swing that scales with your equipped weapon—higher-tier weapons multiply the damage of soul-burned targets. Spirit Challenging transfers damage you take to soul-burned enemies, turning defense into offense.

Sustained Farming Strategy

For mob grinding, summon Ashigaru Squad for consistent damage while you apply soul burns with Soul Catalyst. Their attacks refresh burns and keep damage flowing. Use Anchoring Kunai to prevent enemies from fleeing, ensuring maximum burn uptime.

For bosses, layer Revenant of Honor with Kitsune Pack and maintain Soul Catalyst spam for overwhelming soul burn accumulation.
