Combining Symmetry and Spirit Schools for Hybrid Combat
Why Hybrid Casting Works
Symmetry excels at defense and crowd control, while Spirit dominates sustained damage and summon synergy. Combining both schools creates a versatile spellcaster capable of handling any encounter.
Defensive Foundation
Start every fight with Drapes of Reflection (Symmetry) to deflect projectiles, then layer Soul Burst (Spirit) for area denial. This keeps you safe while your summons engage.
Offensive Synergy
Use Jiangshi Invoke (Symmetry) and Kitsune Pack (Spirit) together—both summons steal/apply effects on hit, creating overlapping damage and healing. Follow up with Spirit Challenging to redirect incoming damage to enemies.
Crowd Control and Finishing
Deploy Impermanence's Verdict (Symmetry) to inflict multiple debuffs—slowness, blindness, darkness—then finish with Phantom Charge (Spirit) while enemies are immobilized. For single targets, Punishing Heaven (Symmetry) and Anchoring Kunai (Spirit) lock them down completely.
Mobility and Escape
Use Cloud Ride (Symmetry) to reposition safely, then summon Revenant of Honor (Spirit) to hold ground while you relocate.
