How to Craft the Diamond Mace in Mace Variants Mod

Getting Started

Before you can craft the Diamond Mace, make sure you have the base materials ready. You will need a vanilla Mace (crafted from a Heavy Core and a Breeze Rod in the standard recipe) plus diamonds. Check the recipe screenshots on the mod's main page to confirm the exact grid layout, since the mod adds its own crafting pattern.

Crafting Steps

1. Open a crafting table.

2. Place your vanilla Mace in the center slot.

3. Arrange your diamonds around it following the mod's recipe image.

4. Drag the resulting Diamond Mace into your inventory.

Using the Diamond Mace

Hold the Diamond Mace in your main hand to receive its passive speed boost. This makes it noticeably faster than the vanilla Mace, so it works well for aggressive melee play where you need to close distance quickly. Pair it with a shield in your off hand for survivability. Remember that maces still rely on fall distance for their smash attack bonus, so use it after jumping or dropping onto enemies for maximum damage.
