Find and Mine Lucky Blocks Efficiently

Where Lucky Blocks Generate

Lucky Blocks spawn naturally throughout your world at a rate of approximately 1 per 200 chunks. They also generate inside two types of structures: Greek temples made of quartz, and wreckage areas built from stone bricks and netherrack. By default, there's a 50/50 chance a Lucky Block will spawn independently or within a structure.

Choosing Your Target

If you want good rewards, seek out temple structures—Lucky Blocks there have luck levels between +50 and +100. Avoid wreckage structures unless you're prepared for negative outcomes, as those blocks range from -50 to -100 luck.

Mining Strategy

When you find a Lucky Block, mine it like any other block. The outcome is completely random based on its luck level—you might receive items, spawn entities, or trigger structures. Bring a pickaxe and prepare for anything from diamonds to hostile mobs.

Rare Finds

Occasionally you'll discover a temple containing up to 8 Lucky Blocks, or a special chamber with two blocks side-by-side where you must choose which one to mine.
