Add the Loop Entry
Open your server's plugins/LoopCommands/config.yml (or the plugin's config file in your server folder) and find the loops: section. Create a new entry with a unique name, for example announcement. Under that entry you'll define the command to run and the delay between runs. Use the plugin's own command syntax for the command field — typically you write the command without the leading slash, since the plugin executes it as the console.
Configure the Delay and Message
Set the delay value to the interval you want between announcements. The plugin accepts time units like minutes, hours, and days, so you can write something like a number followed by the unit. For a broadcast, use your server's tellraw or broadcast command as the command value, for example a say or broadcast command containing your message text. Save the file when you're done.
Apply the Changes
Run /LoopCommandReload in-game or from the console. This reloads the configuration without restarting the server. Watch chat to confirm the announcement fires at the interval you set. If it doesn't appear, double-check that the loop name is unique, the command has no leading slash, and the delay unit is spelled the way the plugin expects. You can add more announcement loops under the same loops: section — each with its own name and schedule — to rotate different messages.
