How to Fix the L2 Library Attribute or Curios Tab Not Showing

Check the Basics First

If neither the Player Attribute Tab nor the Curios Tab appears, the most common cause is that L2 Library is not actually loaded, or it is loaded without any dependent mod. L2 Library is a dependency library — it provides the interface, but the tabs are most useful when other LightLand mods (or Curios) are present. Confirm the library shows up in your mod list for the current instance.

Attribute Tab Missing

If only the attribute tab is gone, make sure you are looking at the correct inventory screen. Some mods replace or restyle the inventory GUI, which can hide extra tabs. Try opening the vanilla inventory with no other GUI mods overriding it, and check the side of the screen for the tab buttons.

Curios Tab Missing

If the Curios tab specifically is absent:

  • Verify Curios is installed and that at least one mod registers curios slots.
  • Check that no other mod is replacing the Curios interface.
  • Confirm the library and Curios are for the same game version.

General Steps

  • Restart the game after adding or removing the library.
  • Check the log for errors mentioning the library or Curios.
  • Remove conflicting inventory-overhaul mods one at a time to isolate the culprit.

Most missing-tab reports come down to a version mismatch or a missing dependency rather than a bug in the library itself.
