How to Tell If Konkrete Is Actually Working (and Why Nothing Appears In-Game)
Why you see no items, blocks, or menus
Konkrete is a library mod, not a content mod. It adds no blocks, items, mobs, or commands of its own, so a world with only Konkrete installed will look completely vanilla. That is expected behavior, not a broken install. The mod exists so that other mods can share common code instead of each bundling their own copy.
Confirming it loaded correctly
1. Open the mods list from the main menu and look for Konkrete in the list. If it is present and not greyed out or flagged, it loaded.
2. Check that the mods which depend on it are also present. Konkrete is a dependency: it does nothing useful alone, but the mods that require it will refuse to start or will crash without it.
3. Launch a world and open the mods screen again from the pause menu. A library mod that failed to initialize usually shows up here as disabled or missing rather than silently vanishing.
If something is wrong
If a dependent mod crashes on startup with a message about a missing or incompatible library, the problem is almost always a version mismatch between that mod and Konkrete, not a corrupted download. Remove the dependent mod or match it to a Konkrete build it was made for. Do not try to "activate" Konkrete through a config file; there is nothing to toggle for normal play.
