Checking Anger Status

Press and hold the H key anywhere in the world to view the current anger level of the ogre tribe. This meter fills as you steal treasure and attack ogres. Understanding your anger status is critical for survival planning.

How Anger Escalates

Each raid, theft, or combat encounter increases tribe anger. When anger reaches dangerous levels, the tribe dispatches hunting patrols—stronger fighters sent specifically to track you down. These patrols are relentless and coordinated.

De-escalation Options

Purchase a Truce: Visit the Ogre Merchant and buy an Ogre Truce using ogre coins. This immediately pacifies the tribe and resets anger, giving you a fresh slate.

Anger naturally decreases over time. Hide in your base or travel to distant biomes until the meter drops.

Strategic Raiding

Plan raids in phases. Hit one outpost, retreat, and let anger cool before the next raid. This prevents hunting patrols from overwhelming you and allows sustainable progression toward the Ogre Fort.
