Activating Shotlock Mode
Shotlock is a targeting system that lets you lock onto and strike multiple enemies in sequence. To use it, hold down the shotlock key (configurable in your keybinds) while facing enemies. Your character will enter a targeting state and automatically lock onto nearby foes.
Once locked on, you'll see visual indicators showing which enemies are targeted. The more enemies nearby, the more targets you can chain together in a single shotlock sequence.
Executing Your Shotlock Attack
While in shotlock mode, your character will automatically fire magic projectiles or perform rapid strikes against all locked targets. Each hit consumes mana, so ensure you have enough before committing to a full shotlock combo.
Shotlock is especially effective against groups of weaker enemies or when you need to interrupt multiple threats at once. It works well combined with your equipped spells—some spells deal more damage when used during shotlock sequences. Practice timing your shotlock activation to maximize damage output.
